Abstract/Summary:
Large warehouse equipped with important special devices.The storage environment will affect the normal operation of equipment,damage to materials or endanger the health and safety of operators when it goes beyond the normal working range,and then cause economic losses to the enterprise,even cause serious harm to society.Therefore,we must strictly monitor the temperature,humidity and harmful gases in the storage environment.This paper designs and implements a set of remote monitoring system for the temperature,humidity and harmful gases of large storage facilities.The traditional monitoring method is the warehouse keeper enters the scene,uses portable sensing device to collect data and manual control of electrical switches.With the vigorous development of computer communication network and wireless sensor technology,this manual operation monitoring method has become very backward in terms of convenience and reliability.Therefore,using mobile phones,tablets and other modern mobile devices to achieve remote monitoring in this special environment has become the trend.This paper study of the current main remote control technologies,put forward the overall solution of MCU-DSP based on the public network,then designed and implemented a system that enables remote monitoring via devices such as mobile phones and tablets.One of the key aspects of using ZigBee technology,the technology has the advantages of fast networking,signal stability,low system power consumption,high transmission rate.First,the paper designs a composite gateway structure integrating multiple protocols in the aspect of hardware.Gatekeeper uses gate way 2.0 system on chip,integrated CC2530 chip(ZigBee protocol),RT5350 chip(IEEE802.11 b protocol).On this hardware platform,IAR software is used to compile the wireless network including sensors such as temperature,humidity,harmful gases and relays.Secondly,an Android-based application is designed and developed by using Eclipse software platform in the aspect of software.Thirdly,the embedded OpenWrt system interconnection is completed through the hardware and software interworking,which enables the mobile terminal to control the gateway node for remote monitoring.Finally,the paper compares the ZigBee sensor part of the monitoring system with the reference test,and verifies the practical value of the system by the test data.
