With the deep integration of electronic information,computer and intelligent control and other high-tech and industrial manufacturing technology,industrial production stepped into the era of "Industry 4.0".Strong communication facilities is the key to the upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and the existing industrial communication mode can not meet the requirements of "industry 4" due to the poor real-time,complex network construction,difficult maintenance Construction and other shortcomings.Therefore,to build a safe,reliable,real-time and efficient,energy saving and environmental protection,low cost,easy to use communication facilities is the traditional manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading process urgently need to solve a problem.The HomePlug standard is a series of power line communication standard developed by the "Home Plug Power line Alliance".Aiming at the shortage of traditional industrial communication,put forward the broadband power line carrier technology based on the HomePlug standard is application in industrial communication and to study the industrial IOT control node.First of all,on the basis of reviewing the development process of manufacturing industry,the research progress of industrial control and power line communication is investigated,and the application of IOT in industrial control field is analyzed.The results show that the IOT based on power line communication has significant advantages in industrial communication field.Secondly,through the analysis of the technical parameters such as the communication rate and anti-noise performance of the power carrier chip,the HomePlug standard Qualcomm QCA series chip is used as the main control chip of the power line carrier,the 32-bit chip STM32F103VET6 of the Cortex-M3 core is used as field data acquisition,equipment control of the master chip,the design of industrial IOT control node,and the peripheral circuit,communication protocol and interface are designed.Thirdly,based on the consideration of reducing the power consumption of industrial control nodes and improving the stability of communication,and studies a resource allocation algorithm based on the HomePlug standard,reduces the power consumption of the carrier chip,and create a solid and strong communication network to guarantee the host computer for each node real-time monitoring.Finally,to test the performance of the designed control nodes,the results show that the industrial control node based on broadband power line carrier technology has important significance to establish the factory communication system with high speed,two-way,real-time,and has some reference value on the green construction of energy-efficient,intelligent plant.
