In recent years,computer technology has developed with a rapid pace.The database system and database technology successfully get access to thousands of households,and provide a lot of convenience for the government,enterprises,scientific research,engineering development and other units to enhance its management efficiency.The importance of information resources is self-evident,and at this stage it has gradually become an indispensable element in the field of national economy.Under this background,it is imperative to develop the management system.Computer technology has successfully penetrated into all aspects of personnel management.With the promotion of computer technology,personnel management has gradually set foot on the standardized,scientific track.With the continuous development of Web technology,the personnel management information system based on Web has emerged accordingly.For businesses,this system can help greatly improve the management efficiency,create a convenient platform for employees to maintain and update personal information,greatly liberate workload of the staff working on archives information.At the same time,the personnel administrator can manage the work efficiently,and gradually come out from the traditional miscellaneous working mode.For business executives,it also has a convenient access to acquire information.In this study,the first task is to clear the personnel management information system development background,systematically arrange and analyze the domestic and foreign existing research results and practical experience,deeply discuss the application of RMI technology in distributed system.Secondly,this article sets the framework and security framework from the actual situation and the overall system.In order to raise the further study,this paper analyzes a detailed design of the server and the core business system in a systematic and comprehensive explanation,and respectively described three aspects of this issue in detail finally: the key technology of realization in users end,the realization of complex business logic,the realization of system components reusability problem.In this article,we mainly focus on the following two issues to discuss,On the one hand,it is necessary to ensure that the development of the personnel management system is compatible with the needs of users.On the using of development methods,the author determine the development method of XP through in-depth comparative analysis,and according to the user development principle and with the aid of small range continuous upgrading way we finally complete the integrated development and testing,and ultimately successfully complete development tasks;On the one hand,in the development framework,selecting three layer framework based on JAVA,gives the system good scalability at the same time.Besides we also make full use of RMI technology,JAVAEE technology and other technical advantages.With the integration of Hibernate and My SQL database,we ultimately ensure the database operation is object oriented,and have the characteristics of lasting.
