With the increasing amount and types of information on personnel management, workflow has become increasingly clear and social divisions are getting smaller, so the previous traditional manual handling method and stand-alone management systems failed to meet needs of personnel management, and needs of enterprises'personnel management under the new situation. Therefore, a new set of personnel management system is needed to adapt to new demands in the Internet era. Although traditional C / S (Client / Server) mode can manage enterprises'personnel information effectively, with the development of social networking, the demand for a new system based on B / S (Browser / Server) mode is increasing. The B / S (Browser / Server) mode can greatly facilitate the needs of users, as long as there is access to Internet, one can obtain related personnel information at any place. The three-tier model of B / S (Browser / Server) mode will also improve the safety performance of the system. Based on the understanding of personnel information management in Jiangxi Livestock Co., Ltd, the paper proposed requirements of personnel information management in consistent with the company's development, and then finished the design of a personnel management system in line with WEB application, which is of great significance to the promotion of the company's informationization and national economic development .Under the background of personnel management in Jiangxi Livestock Co., Ltd, the thesis conducted a research on personnel management systems in enterprises. According to survey results, the paper made a detailed analysis of the system, which includes system feasibility analysis, system objective requirements, system functional analysis, system operations process analysis, system safety analysis. Modules of human resource management, attendance management, recruitment management, payroll management are discussed in detail. According to system requirements analysis, the paper further explained the content of system design, mainly including the design of the system's overall structure, process design of each module and database design. Based on the design, this paper described parts of the system's implementations, including implementations of the system's home interface, staff turnover, employees'basic wage generation and security policy, etc; This paer elaborated the application of data mining in staff analysis in Chapter 6, and made a summarization in conclusion.Enterprise personnel management system employs JSP+JavaBean+Servlet technology, which has good cross-platform, portability, scalability and fault tolerance. When applied to the actual environment, the system has not only perfect functions, but also good performance and high security. The system has enhanced the enterprise's personnel management and saved management costs, resulting in sound economic benefits.
