With the development of computer technology,communication technology and logistics technology,more and more enterprises pay attention to the AS/RS.The application of AS/RS has obviously improved the operation efficiency and management quality,and has become an indispensable part of modern logistics system.In the injection molding industry,the molds stacked everywhere,lead to difficultly of transportation and management.So "The ZS Company" proposed an idea to build an AS/RS for injection mold.And this paper designed an automatic control and management system for injection mold based on this concept.This paper proposed the design target for the system to solve the problems.Then designed the hardware requirements and the function structures for the control and management system.According to the characteristics and demands of AS/RA,this paper designed the control system of the tunnel-stacker.Finishing the design process of each function,including the controlling of motion,position,communication and safety protection.And introduced the design process of the PLC control system,such as I/O distribution,circuit schematic and the main program.In order to ensure the stability,rapidity and accuracy of the operation of the crane,this paper analyzed and designed the fuzzy PID controller of the system,and then analyzed the simulation model of the system built by the Simulink.At last,a warehouse management system was designed based on ASP.NET to realize the information management.Using the UML method to model requirements of management system,then designed the system architecture,functional architecture and database of the system.At last,the realization of the main functions were introduced.
