With the development of science and technology, three-dimensional warehouse has been a hot spot. It combines information storage, management in one, can not only improve the utilization of warehouse space, reduce the number of warehouse workers, but can also increase the warehouse control functions. Three-dimensional warehouse goods to optimize the allocation method, the speed of the stacker control technology is the key technology to improve efficiency of warehouse operations, has been the current project to optimize the focus of research in the field. This thesis is based on previous studies, the optimization design of three-dimensional warehouse control system made in-depth study and discussion of its main tasks are as follows:First of all, this thesis discussed the cargo space optimization of three-dimensional warehouse. The new selecting and picking function was abstracted as a typical TSP issue and the use of genetic algorithms to the simulation study results show that genetic algorithm is better to save the system time of picking.Secondly, this thesis proposed the using of multi-mode controller in stacker controller design. The high efficiency of stacker operation is intimately associated with three-dimensional warehouse scheduling; therefore, speed control is the key technology of stacker control system. This thesis applied fuzzy PID controller and PI controller to form a multi-mode controller in the design of stacker speed control system. According to the actual operation of stacker, this research used the fuzzy toolbox of MATLAB and Simulink established a simulation model for the stacker control system. The simulation results showed that multi-mode controller could provide better dynamic performance when comparing with single PI controller and this could meet the speed control requirements of stacker.Finally, this thesis provided the design proposal of stacker control system. The design applied Siemens S7-300series PLC controller as stacker controller and accomplished the transmission of control parameters and status parameters between the primary and secondary station, besides, it also designed the main application program for stacker control system.
