Automated stereoscopic warehouse is also known as automatic warehousingsystem. It is an important part of social logistics system and by the use ofcomputer control management and automatic stacker, it accesses operations. It isthe product of modern storage technology, communication technology, highlyintegrated automation technology and computer technology which has a smallfootprint, storage capacity, fast turnaround advantages to achieve handling,access the mechanization, automation, storage management modernization. Inautomated stereoscopic warehouse as the research object, this paper analyzes thedetailed structure and characteristics of the equipment, and develops a set ofautomatic stereo warehouse management and control system that needs to VS asthe development environment, using C#as a programming language according tothe use of the present stage.Firstly, the overall structure of the automated warehouse are introduced,such as three-dimensional warehouse management system, panoramic analogsurveillance systems, stacker control systems, information flow control, materialflow control, etc., and explains the role of each branch office. Based on the studyof the existing automatic solid warehouse, combined with the actual situation,This part plans15th warehouse automation stereoscopic warehouse managementsystem function, and from understanding the requirements and needs analysis,researches the relationship between the systems involved in related entities,establishing the entity relationship diagram, and has carried on the table and fieldanalysis and database creation. SQL Server2008was developed automatedwarehouse management system database.Secondly, this paper introduces the middle tier monitoring system of theautomatic stereo warehouse management and control system. Analysising of the advantages and disadvantages of the use of stage monitoring system developmentenvironment and tools, it selects the appropriate development approach based onexisting conditions. Then study the overall architecture and warehouse equipment,and through field research, to understand the mode of operation of the automatedwarehouse. Specify the interface design of the monitoring system inobject-oriented thinking when applied to custom design and make a series ofmethod development of automated warehouse control systems design.Finally, this paper discusses the automatic stereoscopic warehouse controlscheme design process. Automated stereoscopic warehouse control schemedesign is the main part of the automatic stereo warehouse design. Focuses on thestacker control program design and out of storage units design and study thespeed stacker three agencies, program design position detection and controlsystem. Communication solutions for automated multi-layered storehouse system,this paper expounds the automated multi-layered storehouse stacker controltechnology, and introduces the design of the control system of a laneway stacker,through the combination of recognition site and encoder, implements the stackeris low cost and high precision control.
