Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment which combined acupuncture with Chines medicine for the type of blood deficiency of vertigo,and analyzes the mechanism of the common effect of Chines medicine and acupuncture on the type of blood deficiency of vertigo.Subjects and Methods:All patients were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chines Medicine.46 cases which were included in the standard and diagnosed as the type of blood deficiency of vertigo and indicated to Verbribasilar insufficiency from the Transcranial doppler were selected in. Then randomly divided them into needle medicine group and Chines medicine group.There are 23 cases in each group.Using the treatment role of improve the spleen condition and also good for qi,and quicken the blood circulation and active the meridians and collaterals.The Chinese medicine group were taken the Guipitang 50 ml three times a day.The needle medicine group were give by both the method of the Chinese and the acupuncture.The acupoints were:fengchi(sides), baihui(sides), zusanli(sides), sanyinjiao(sides).Puncture these acupoints one time a day and spend 30 minutes to them every time and manipulate the needles in every 10 minutes.For 10 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.Two groups were observed the symptom and the indication of TCD before and after treatment, then determine the clinical effect.Results:1.The clinical efficacy of the two groups afer treatment, the effective rate of the needle medicine group reaches at 91.30%,while the effective rate of the Chinese medicine group is 77.27%.There are obviously differences between the two groups after statistics processing(p<0.05).2.After statistic anylasis,the statistics about TCD in these two groups ofpatients before and after treatment are obviously differences(P < 0.05).So it shows that the two groups can improve the patient's symptom of erbribasilar insufficiency.3. After statistic anylasis, the statistics about TCD in the needle medicine groups in improving symptoms are more obviously than the other group(P < 0.05).So it shows that the treatment of the needle medicine group is more effective than the Chinese medicine group in treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Conclusion:1.Chinese medicine acupuncture can improve the type of blood deficiency of vertigo and has exactly curative effect.2. Chinese medicine acupuncture can ease the symptoms of vertigo and the condition of the blood circulation of vertebrobasilar and the effective is better than the control group.3.The treatment in vertigo of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine is proved effective, no side effects, so it is worthy to be applied in the hospital.
