Objective:To o’bserve the clinical effect of auricular point combined with the acupuncture in the treatment of the type of qi and blood deficiency vertigo. In order to provide a new idea and method for the treatment of this disease. Methods:All 62 patients met the inclusion criteria of the type of qi and blood deficiency vertigo, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with auricular point combined with the acupuncture. The control group was treated with the traditional acupuncture method. The two groups were each needle for 30 minutes, acupuncture once time a day,6 days a week on the rest of the day, auricular point once every two days.2 weeks for a course of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results:Through the observation of patients with total integration of traditional Chinese medicine vertigo symptoms,TCD examination results changes,DARS scale score and the total effective rate,so as to valuate the clinical efficacy. After the observation, that the treatment group and control group after treatment better than before treatment, with statistical significance(p<0.05)and the two groups after treatment were compared between the two groups, the treatment group improved significantly higher than the control group, and statistically, that the two groups after treatment was statistically significant difference(p<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,control group total effective rate was 80.65%,the efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant difference(p<0.05),so auricular point combined with the acupuncture is more effective than the traditional acupuncture method to treat this disease.Conclusions:1.Auricular point combined with the acupuncture is an effective method for treating the qi and blood deficiency syndrome vertigo, which is more better than the traditional acupuncture method.2.Auricular point combined with the acupuncture can improve the traditional Chinese medicine vertigo symptoms, change the blood flow velocity and improve the DARS scale score.
