Objective:To find a more effective therapy for vertigo of qi and blood deficiency by observing the clinical effect of combination of Yu style acupuncture and electric acupuncture of Yangming Meridian on specific acupoints.Methods:60 patients diagnosed with posterior circulation ischemia and dizziness of qi and blood deficiency in the fourth Department of acupuncture, the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group(30 cases in each group). The observation group was treated with Yu style acupuncture and electric acupuncture of Yangming Meridian on the basis of symptomatic medical treatment. The control group received ordinary acupuncture therapy on the basis of symptomatic medical treatment.DARS score,DHI score,TCM syndrome score and TCD were observed and recorded before enrollment and 2 weeks after treatment.SPSS20.0 software package is used for processing.Results:1.Comparison of DARS scores between the two groups before and after treatment:Before treatment, the DARS scores of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment, the DARS scores of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the DARS scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).2.Comparison of total DHI scores between the two groups before and after treatment:Before treatment, the total DHI scores of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment, the total score of DHI in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the total score of DHI in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).3.Comparison of scores of DHI between the two groups before and after treatment:Before treatment, scores of DHI(physical P,emotional E and functional F)between the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of DHI(physical P,emotional E and functional F)in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01).The scores of DHI in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences of emotional E and functional F scores were obvious(physical P:P:P<0.05;E:p<0.01;F:p<0.01).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment:Before treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the reduction of TCM syndrome scores of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.0 1).5.Comparison of TCD indexes between the two groups before and after treatment:Before treatment,TCD indexes of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment, all indexes of TCD in the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of TCD indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Both ordinary acupuncture and Yu style acupuncture and electric acupuncture of Yangming Meridian can relieve the main symptoms of vertigo patients with deficiency of qi and blood, and improve TCD indexes of patients.2.Yu style acupuncture and electric acupuncture of Yangming Meridian is superior to ordinary acupuncture in improving the main symptoms,TCM syndromes and TCD indexes of vertigo patients with deficiency of qi and blood.
