Clinical Study On Acupuncture Point Selection Based On The Theory Of "nourishing Blood And Calming Wind" Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo Of Qi And Blood Deficiency Typ

Purpose : The acupoints and prescriptions are based on the theory of "Yang Xue Xi Feng".Through the results of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,this clinical research will provide a new direction for this disease.Material and method:In the present study,78 patients were treated in Shenyang Dadong Hekang hospital from October 2019 to December 2021,and divided into 2 groups by random number table method:treatment group(n = 39)and control group(n = 39).The treatment group was acupunctured twice a week for 3 weeks,and traditional chinese medicine decoction was given 1 dose / day at the same time.The control group was only treated with traditional chinese medicine decoction,1 dose / day for 3 weeks.The treatment of the two groups were appropriately modified according to their actual situation.The vertigo evaluation score and TCM symptom score of patients were studied and analyzed before and after treatment to explore the difference of treatment effect between the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease and gender between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of vertigo evaluation score and TCM symptom score: there were significant differences in the intra-group comparison of each score between the two groups before and after treatment,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and both of them were effcacy;the differences between groups of each score after treatment and the D-value also presented significant differences(P < 0.05),which means there were differences of the two treatment.3.Clinical efficacy comparison:the total efficiency of the two groups:88.9% in the treatment group and 65.7% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was more effective than the control group.Conclusion:1.Combination therapy of acupuncture and medicine based on the theory of "Yang Xue Xi Feng" can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.2.Compared with conventional traditional Chinese medicine therapy,combination therapy of acupuncture and medicine based on the theory of "Yang Xue Xi Feng" can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo and improve the quality of their life.
