| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture Ren and Du treatment of Qi and blood deficiency type of PCI vertigo and observe the variety of blood flow and pulsatility index The purpose is through the analysis of the mechanism of acupuncture Ren and Du acupoints to treat the disease, exploring the effective treatment of ischemic vertigo after acupuncture treatment, strive to provide more effective optimization methods in clinical treatment,to provide a scientific basis for early prevention and treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Method:This topic is the diagnosis and the standard of circulating ischemic vertigo after the diagnosis of Western medicine and Chinese medicine.Using simple random sampling method to meet the requirements of the research subjects were divided into control group and study group, each of them is 30 cases(From February 2015 to February 2016,patients with vertigo as the main symptom were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, all cases were screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria).TTwo groups of patients with age, gender, duration of disease and complications were statistically treated, the differences were not significant differences, with comparability, can enter the treatment observation phase. The syndrome differentiation and typing of TCM belong to the deficiency of Qi and blood deficiency type.Among them, the study group using acupuncture Ren and Du acupoints combined with intravenous infusion of ozagrel sodium,Danhong injection. The control group using conventional acupuncture plus intravenous infusion of ozagrel sodium,Danhong injection. The age, sex, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and other data of the two groups were collected through medical records.Using transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)instruments monitoring in patients with brain base artery(BA),the left vertebral artery(LVA)and right vertebral artery(RVA)peak flow velocity(VP)and pulsatility index(PI).The selected acupoints acupuncture once a day,30 minutes each time(minutes),1 week for a course of treatment, after the end of the first course rest 1 day,a total of two courses. After treatment, patients were asked about, there is no dizziness, chest tightness, shortness of breath and discomfort.Double entry and statistical analysis of data using SPSS Statistics SPSS21.0 IBM:Statistical description of the count data and measurement data by using the rate and average standard deviation. Before the statistical analysis of the measurement data, the data are tested for normal distribution,to obey the normal distribution measurement data using t test,do not obey the normal distribution measurement data using the Wilcoxon rank sum test;for the comparison of the total effective rate before and after treatment, the test was used to analyze the inference.Result: 1.This study included 60 patients, the study group and the control group of 30 people,On two groups of patients with treatment of baseline data(age, gender, local residence time, vertigo clinical symptoms and objective indicators TCD changes)were analyzed and compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.The results show: the study group and control group before and after treatment in two groups of patients in TCM syndrome score and the TCD shown in VA,BA blood flow velocity and pulsatility index were improved,The two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The results of the study group and the control group were compared, the research group in TCM syndrome integral,TCD objective index of two aspects of the improvement of the control group significantly, after analysis, the difference was statistically significant,to a certain extent, the effect of the study group was better than that of the control group. To assess the curative effect: to compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment, the total efficiency of the test group 96.6%,control group total effective rate was 83.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There were no statistical difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).5.In both groups of patients showed no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion:The dialectical view of the disease from the point of view of Chinese medicine and combined with the theory of meridians, the Ren and Du Meridians were selected to treat Qi and blood deficiency vertigo, proving the clinical efficacy of acupuncture Ren and Du Meridians of the disease, and further validation of the brain and blood of the Ren and Du and contact.According to statistical results, study group and control group of two groups of treatment plan have curative effect, but acupuncture at Ren and Du Meridians and routine treatment of Western medicine combined with circulation ischemic vertigo than conventional acupuncture combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical curative effect of the treatment of vertigo symptoms and systemic symptoms better,it provides a more effective treatment for this disease. |
