The automatic test system(ATS)consists of a microcomputer,a signal source,a measurement device,a switch system,and a man-machine interaction software platform and relating cables.Under less human interventing,ATS automatically measures through the system,and intelligently completes the processing of data information,and ultimately presents the test results to testers.ATS not only saves a lot of manpower and material resources but also improves the efficiency of testers.This project is based on the laboratory's automatic test system,so the entire project is faced with the realization of the signal.The research content of the project mainly covers the generation of signal dynamic model,the encapsulation and implementation of IVI-Signal driver,and the design and implementation of run time components.The subject is the signal-oriented resource management,and thus designs and implements are based on a signal dynamic model of the STD standard,namely the signal COM component.In the project,through the design of a graphical interface signal modeling tools based on the STD standard basic signal graphics,and then the project uses the basic signal graphics elements based on test needs to build the required composite signal.Eventually signal modeling tools are used to generate signal COM components that meet this requirement.The signal COM component mainly completes the management of instrument resources by calling the IVI-Signal driver.Therefore,the subject is also based on the STD standard instrument driver to complete a unified package,namely IVI-Signal driver.The function of each instrument is relatively independent,so the interface can be unified and called by the signal COM component.In the project,another aspect covered by the project is the design and implementation of the running component.The running component occupies the very important position in the resource management,and the reason is that the running component can finish the matching work of the instrument resource to the signal of the test requirement and finish the choice of the best path through the relevant path search algorithm.Running the component in the project is a dynamic link library,which is called by the test program.The running component is mainly completed by main functions such as the path initialization function,the resource matching function,the path search function,and the path processing function.Finally,the software implemented by this resource management is verified through examples.The signal modeling tool establishs a composite signal,and then analyzes the composite signal's element connection relationship,and finally generates the composite signal XML document.Then the editor combined with the corresponding open source file generates the signal COM component.Testers use the running components to complete the test channel initialization,the choice of the best path,the ability to match signal capabilities and so on.This article addresses the design and implementation of signal resource management and operation components.It not only can effectively manage instrument resources,but also improve instrument interchangeability,and ultimately complete resource matching and the best path selection.
