The research of signal-oriented ATS(Automatic Test System)ensures the portability of Test procedures and interchangeability of instruments in the Test System.In order to achieve this goal,one of the most important parts is the management of system test resources according to the ATML standard,including the unified addition of system instrument resources to the management software,the generation of description documents for configuration information,the matching of system test instruments according to the test requirements,and the IVI-Signal driver of instruments.In the ATML standard,the sub-standard for instrument resource management is mainly IEEE1671.2 instrument description standard,which describes the physical characteristics,signal capability,logical resources and driver information of instrument resources.On the basis of analyzing the overall framework of signal-oriented ATS resource management,this paper studied IEEE1671.2 instrument description standard and IEEE1671.6 test station description standard,and designed and realized the instrument resource management software of signal-oriented ATS based on the requirements of practical engineering.The specific process and algorithm of signal matching from test demand signal to actual physical instrument signal capability are studied,so that we can guarantee the accuracy of resource matching.Finally completed the research of IVI-Signal driver of the instrument in the system and the specific package of IVI-Signal driver of the excitation instrument.The specific contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)According to the description standard of instrument and test station in ATML standard,the software of instrument resource management is designed and realized.The software can carry out self-detection and communication detection for each instrument of the system separately,and then configure the instrument information according to the part of the instrument description contained in IEEE1671.2,and finally generate the instrument description document.After all instrument resources are added,all instrument resources of the system can be saved according to IEEE 1671.6 test station description.(2)Specifically research the matching process from the test demand signal to the instrument capability signal,and the selection strategy of multiple instruments after the signal matching is successful.In the matching process,the method of calculating the matching coefficient is used to quantitatively describe the degree of matching between the two signals,and then two instruments are selected based on the matching coefficient to screen the instruments.The two instrument selection strategies are selection strategy based on best matching and minimum instrument set.(3)Research instrument IVI-Signal drive control technology,and design related drive function interface with signal component as basic parameter.Finally,IVI-Signal driver package for program-controlled power supply and function generator was implemented,and the specific packaging process and method were introduced in the article.
