In traditional automated test systems,test programs are not portable,information sharing and interoperability are poor,and the instrument interchangeability is poor.In response to these problems,the industry has proposed a signal-oriented automatic test system,and has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of testing.The research on the signal-oriented automatic test system is beneficial to solve the problems existing in the current automatic test system and reduce the development and maintenance cost of the automatic test system.The runtime system is the core of the signal-oriented automatic test system,and resource mapping is the most critical issue to be solved by the runtime system.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the resource mapping module.The main work is as follows:1)Research on test description,instrument description,test workstation description,test adapter description and test result description based on ATML(Automatic Test Markup Language)standard,and use STD(Signal and Test Definition,Signal and Test Definition)standard to describe signal requirement and signal capability in test description file and instrument description file;2)Propose a system framework for signal automatic test system,and give the overall scheme design of the resource mapping module;3)The resource mapping module is designed in detail,which includes virtual resource mapping and path routing.In the virtual resource mapping design,signal matching algorithm and instrument scheduling algorithm are given;in the path routing design,a general switch resource test channel model is established,and the optimal path search algorithm is given to search the optimal path between the instrument port and the pin of the tested part.4)Build an automatic test system hardware platform,use C++ to write a verification program,and verify the function of the resource mapping module.It has been verified that the function of the resource mapping module is in line with expectations,and virtual resource mapping and channel routing can be realized.When multiple instruments in the automatic test equipment can meet the test requirements,the instrument can be properly scheduled according to the scheduling algorithm.
