Design And Implementation Of Management System On Water Quality Monitoring For Hydrographic Office Of AnShan

Water quality has always been an important factor affecting the development of the whole society and the ecological environment.With the gradual improvement of people's living standards and the strategic adjustment of the country's energy development,water security has been paid more and more attention to.In order to ensure the safety of water quality,water quality monitoring is an important means.However,the process of water quality monitoring is complicated.The complex process greatly affects the efficiency of water quality monitoring.At the same time,water quality monitoring needs many types of personnel.Therefore,there are two main problems in the process of water quality monitoring,including the complexity of monitoring process and the coordination of personnel.The tackle the above problems on water quality monitoring,this paper takes Anshan Hydrographic Office as the research object and proposes to manage the process of water quality monitoring with information management systems.The paper designs and implements the management system on water quality monitoring for water conservancy bureau of Anshan.This paper first investigates the work flow of water quality monitoring,the distribution of monitoring stations in Anshan Hydrographic Office.According to the requirement analysis,a management system on water quality monitoring is designed with five important modules.The system modules include public information management,monitoring activity management,water quality information collection,water quality information analysis and system management.The system is mainly completed by B/S architecture.The UI of the system is designed by HTML/CSS,and the server is accomplished by J2 EE technology.The system is developed using Eclipse Neon,using Oracle 10 g database for data management,running on the Tomcat 6 server.At last,software testing is conducted.The testing results show that the system works well and the functions are consistent with the system requirements.It can meet the basic needs of Anshan Hydrographic Office for water quality monitoring and management.The practical results show that the management system designed in this paper can efficiently manage the process of water quality monitoring,and improve the efficiency of people's cooperation.
