Abstract/Summary:
Since The Three Gorges dam has been built, the first problem we faced ismonitoring andcontrolling the reservoir area’s water quality. Because the reservoir areaof The Three Gorges covers a large area, more polluted sources and the scatteredmonitoring stations, making the former way of monitoring and the method of datainformation managing can’t meet the application demands. In view of this major issues,it has an important significance in researching and developing an online monitoringinformation management system to realize the online real time monitoring for moremonitoring stations and more kinds of pollutions.In order to meet the reservoir’s demands for online real time managing andinquiring a variety kinds of water pollutants’ monitoring information, the paper dependson the environment monitoring micro system of The Three Gorges,which is aninternational cooperation project of thetechnology ministry.And the paper aims at thedata collected by multi-parameter controller which is researched and developed byChongqing university’s micro system center. According to the data, they carried on thedesign of RF receiver module for data transmission, designed the information databaseincluding each pollutants’ data and managers, and established a management system forsending and receiving water quality monitoring information by making use ofmultithreading and dynamic linking library. The system can send and receive,storage,analyze and inquire graphics for pollutants information, and also can proceedthe expansion of related functions.The major research works of the paper are as follows:①Combing the present water quality monitoring and management work with thefuture construction goal,it analyzes the feasibility of sending and receiving the reservoirarea ‘s multi-parameter monitoring data of the environment water quality and thestudy for managing data information system.②According to the overall requirements of managing water quality informationsystem, choosing the architecture of C/S pattern as the system’s developing framework,and using the incremental development model as the development way of a softwaresystem to plan and design the whole system’s developing project.③By analyzing and researching the GPRS Internet technology, and applying ATinstruction set with the combination of the working principle of the Huawei EM310’s GPRS model to design the transmission mode of the system’s data. By using themultithread technology of asynchronous operation and serial communication tocomplete the design for network service and message communication between wirelesstransceiver module and database server.④Judging by the data of the water quality monitoring information, using SQLServer2005to progress a detailed design for the seven major monitoring water qualityparameters and five water quality conventional indicators in database, and adopting themethods of C++Builder6.0and ADO to accomplish the connection between dynamiclink library and database.⑤After designing and completing all the function models of the system, thesystem’s reliability and function integrity was tested, the result manifests that thesystem runs well and achieves the design requirements.
