At present,the water pollution problem is gradually concerned,It plays a vital role to establish a real-time,advanced and accurate online water quality testing system,In this paper,a set of water quality on-line monitoring and early warning system has been developed for the water pollution of Hulan River Basin,to achieve the Hulan River Basin.This paper analyzes the development tread of water quality monitoring technology both at home and abroad,a set of water quality on-line monitoring system consisting of sensor module,control water distribution module,data acquisition module,safety module and 4G wireless communication module is designed.Data acquisition module based on high-performance embedded microcontroller AM3358 and STM32 to carry out,which collects the main control board to run the Linux operating system the main control board is responsible for communication with the host computer and the acquisition board.The FreeRTOS operating system was ported for the acquisition board,and it is responsible for industrial field analog signal,voltage signal acquisition and digital signal output control function,between the two boards through the RS485 bus based on the MODBUS protocol to communicate.The whole system is located in the unattended field,for the design of security module to protected,in the event of an exception,it will trigger the camera to upload photos.At the same time,a water quality evaluation module based on fuzzy neural network algorithm is established,for real-time analysis of water quality,when the water quality assessment factor exceeds the pollution threshold,will be on the host computer side of the warning.Industrial field data and pictures through the 4G wireless communication module real-time upload to the database,and then through the server,the host computer in the monitoring center for real-time display.At the end of this paper,the joint test of the hardware and software monitoring system of the whole water quality monitoring system given,and the error analysis is carried out,the water quality evaluation model is tested,the test results show that the water quality on-line monitoring system meets the water quality of the Hulan River Basin monitoring and early warning needs.
