Nowadays,the application of electronic equipment in communication technology,aerospace military industry,automobile electronics,medical device,smart home and other fields is more and more extensive.The complexity and scale of its hardware system is also increasing.This has brought new requirements to the PCB circuit board test in the production process of electronic equipment.The testing technology level plays a key role in the whole quality of a product,and the result of test measurement can also have feedback effect on the previous research and development,so as to make the product more perfect.In addition,in the process of industrialization and mass production,the cost of testing will have a great impact on the cost of the whole product,and even directly affect the competitiveness of the products.A good circuit testing program has become a reliable guarantee of the operation of complex electronic equipment.In this paper,according to the actual function test demand of board in Communication service of a communication company,considering that the traditional large-scale test platform needs many instruments to cover the impassability test cases,which result in high cost of test input and instability of the tester interconnection,a programmable multi-function testing scheme based on FPGA is proposed.Some functions of the traditional instrument,such as voltage detection,frequency meter and general interface,are integrated into one instrument.Through the redesign of the hardware and function modules of the test system,the test cost is reduced and the test efficiency is improved.In hardware design,FPGA is used as the core of the instrument,and the MCU is responsible for the interaction with the host computer.Because the FPGA interface is rich and the code execution process can be executed in parallel,the test efficiency in the multitask execution process is improved significantly.The communication between SCM and PC can process string information more conveniently and convert string into control information better.The function module is composed of FPGA and corresponding chip,the FPGA control chip completes the test excitation output or collects the test data.Each chip corresponds to a function of a traditional instrument,integrating the functions of several different instruments into one instrument,thus saving the cost of testing.After the development of the tester,the function,performance,test rate and other aspects are compared with the traditional test platform,the results are in line with the expectations.At present,the tester has been used in the actual testing of the factory,not only to save the cost of the initial input,but also to save the power loss in ordinary use.As the demand for factory testing increases,the use of the system ranges from one product to more than one product.In addition,the tester also reserved a number of programmable interfaces,but also to implement the function of user-defined modules,the resource utilization of high flexibility,can adapt to future new test requirements.
