As more and more IC testers are produced and used,the calibration of IC testers also shows their importance.In order to ensure that the various performance indicators of the IC tester can meet the test requirements and the measurement accuracy of each test module on the IC tester,a comprehensive calibration of the IC tester is required.The main task of this article is to study the calibration technology of each standard parameter of each functional module of the IC tester,propose a specific IC tester overall calibration scheme,design the corresponding hardware circuit and carry out related calibration and debugging work to comprehensively carry out the calibration scheme Verification.Specifically,the following aspects are mainly studied:1.Analyze the characteristics and performance indexes of the IC tester system,clarify the calibration target,find out the standard parameters of the functional module that needs to be calibrated,and determine the specified indexes of these calibrated parameters;2.Study the characteristics of the parameters that need to be calibrated,design a targeted calibration scheme based on the specific parameter characteristics,and ensure the feasibility of the calibration design scheme;3.According to the design requirements of the IC tester calibration scheme,complete the design of the IC tester calibration hardware circuit,that is,the calibration board,and specifically analyze the design process of the calibration board;4.Through repeated IC tester calibration and debugging,verify the feasibility of the calibration scheme and analyze the calibration data,and then improve the calibration design scheme to meet the relevant performance indicators.
