Simple Circuit Characteristic Tester

With the development of the electronic industry,more and more audio electronic devices are used in our life.The failures of basic amplifier circuits have also increased.With the rapid development of social intelligent devices,it is decided to use the microcontroller with strong anti-interference ability to make a simple circuit characteristic tester to detect the measurement values of the basic amplifying circuit,which can find and solve problems more faster.The simple circuit characteristic tester is composed of 8051 microcontroller,signal acquisition module,power supply unit,LCD module,peak detection circuit and signal generation module.The ADS9833 is used to generate stable orthogonal signal source,and the amplitude frequency and phase frequency characteristics of the network under test are measured by means of orthogonal modulation.And it can use Diwen LCD to realize digital numerical display.The test results show that the design can test the amplification circuit of the tested characteristics and display the existing faults of the circuit correctly.Two main functions of the detector will be realized.The first one is to realize the basic detection function of the circuit and the second is to detect the circuit fault and display the circuit fault.The parameters mainly include input resistance measurement,output resistance measurement,circuit gain and frequency amplitude characteristic curve of the circuit.Common problems in common base circuits are the short circuit and open circuit of the resistor.Therefore,The focus of the circuit characteristic tester is to detect the failure of the resistance in the circuit.This simple circuit characteristic tester is improved on traditional instruments.Traditional ones only display parameters of the circuit.It requires further measurement and calculation which is inefficient.This self-designed circuit characteristic tester can not only display parameters of the circuit,but also display faults of the circuit,which will greatly reduce the time of fault detection and improve the detection efficiency.The simple circuit tester can avoid the analysis of the circuit principle and directly locate the fault of the circuit board to the individual electronic components or circuit nodes.The tester collects the voltage value through AD1256,and converts the voltage value into circuit parameters.And using 8051F340 microcontroller can realize the control of the whole circuit.Compared with manual detection,the design of the simple circuit tester is not only flexible and controllable,and highly reliable,but also enables intelligent diagnosis.
