Reserach And Implementation On Software System Of The Multi-function Ultrasonic Tester For Nondestructive Test Of Concrete

The research in this paper is completed on the support of national communications construction scientific project in western region: The Research of Rare Earth Transducer and Related Bridge Nondestructive Testing Technologies (No. 200431881222). In order to not only improve running speed, reliability, facility of the testing device, but also identify and treat the ultrasonic data automatically, make the tester widely and efficient applied in various concrete structures, a software system of the new multi-function ultrasonic tester for nondestructive test of concrete is designed.The architecture and module function of the system are designed based on the requirement analysis of the software, which is according to the hardware structure, resting environment and user profile. The software system of the new multi-function ultrasonic tester for nondestructive test of concrete are consists of two parts. The first part is measurement and control software of the ultrasonic tester for nondestructive test of concrete. The second part is data analysis and evaluates software.By using DLL technology, the agility of Windows programming and ability to control hardware at the bottom of computer can be increased, and even the renovating software could be made much easier. Moreover, the running speed and sampling precision of the system were highly improved by using DMA real-time data acquisition technology based on multi thread technique. De-noising the ultrasonic signal and identify the first arrival time of the signal by wavelet analysis theory obtains ideal result. Friendly man-machine interface and Measures of fault tolerance were designed to reduce the harmful effects made by human error.Practical application shows that the software system has many virtues, such as high sample frequency, good real-time, big capacity of data storage and accurate calculation and so on.
