Design And Realization Of Interactive Chronic Disease Rehabilitation Management Platform

With the development of China's economy,people's living habits are constantly changing.However,these changes brought a great hidden danger to our health.Therefore,more and more people are concerned for the topic of health,sports and so on.Many chronic diseases tend to be younger year by year,such as diabetes,high blood pressure,cancer,cervical spondylosis and so on.Faced with such a severe task of chronic disease control and prevention,we should to strengthen our own health and diet management in the daily life,and strengthen the measurement and control of daily health indicators besides the protection of basic medical system.Finally,forming a new health habits with prevention mind.This dissertation absorbs the valuable experience of chronic disease management of home and abroad,researches the community medical institutions deeply,optimizes the existing domestic chronic disease management model,combines with the own technical experience,realizes a new intelligent interactive chronic disease rehabilitation management platform.This dissertation designs the platform software architecture with the open source technology of spring framework,and selects the Internet instant messaging technology as the key technology for the interactive health service.This dissertation uses the UML and database tools to abstract the use case diagram and the entity model of the system,forms a better business process chain,and then uses the agile development method to develop the function of the user,the store module and the operation management system.According to the assessment of the results of deployment,the overall function of the system works well and reaches the expected level.Issues such as the timeliness of intervention of the chronic disease management,pre-alarm and people's service levels and so on are solved successfully.
