With the acceleration of globalization, industrialization and urbanization, the rapid transformation of human lifestyle, chronic disease has become a major threat to human health, under the combined effects of a series of health risk factors, such as, excess nutrients, lack of physical activity, environmental pollution, and mental stress. At the same time, as the people’s living standards continuously improved, and public awareness of the chronic disease management and the consciousness of scientific fitness gradually enhanced, more and more residents realized that the prevention and intervention of chronic disease should be done early through sports and fitness, and cannot be carried out until the arrival of the disease.From the biomedical engineering and computer application technology, in the background of "Internet plus", this research put forward and designed the intelligent chronic disease health management service system based on mobile terminal and a closed-loop guidance method, through the use of computer technology and information technology, combined with scientific sports guidance, exercise prescription, and physical exercise playing a positive role in disease prevention and health promotion and other aspects. The main research contents included:First of all, this research put forward an intelligent chronic disease health management service system based on ’Internet plus’, and established a general structure of the intelligent fitness service system which achieved the goal of forming a closed loop type fitness service technology system of "health index detection, comprehensive evaluation of health state, health service targeting, conduction of individualized exercise intervention, experience of intelligent fitness, physical activity monitoring and feedback, intervention information push, performance evaluation and intervention scheme optimization based on the health state evaluation". By inventing hardware and software of intelligent fitness exercise equipment, including health signs detection instrument, sports ability detection instrument, intelligent exercise prescription reasoning machine, intelligent motion sensing game and intelligent mobile terminals, we established equipment interface and data interaction standards with which realized the full digital seamless connection of information of health, feedback and intervention to improve automation and intelligent level of the services.Secondly, this research designed and implemented a kind of the chronic disease tracking management system based on mobile terminal, which including mobile terminal devices and applications, health cloud and wearable device and so on. The chronic disease-tracking client was applied to the intelligent mobile terminal equipment that can download the scientific exercise prescriptions from the health cloud. And using a wearable device, the client can obtain user’s physiological data via Bluetooth 4.0 protocols, and acquire user’s motion data combined with mobile device built-in coprocessor. The users can communicate with experts in health service system via the chronic disease-tracking client, in order to adjust the exercise prescription precisely, so as to achieve the scientific and effective management of chronic diseases.Finally, this research put forward a complete closed-loop guidance based on the design and implementation of chronic disease tracking management of mobile terminal system. With the help of the intelligent chronic disease health management service system, which including data cloud platform, signs of health test subsystem, exercise test subsystem, chronic disease tracking remote service platform, the guidance method which including from health indicators and motor function detection, to the management goal reasoning and exercise prescription generation, to carry out exercise intervention and effect feedback through the mobile terminal, finally according to the feedback results, adjusting the exercise prescription. At last, selecting 32 old urban communities in Hefei with the management targets of overweight and obesity, they accomplished the oxygen combined with resistance exercise intervention trial with the period of 10 weeks through the guidance method. The experimental results showed that the guidance method was effective and scientific in the intervention of obesity and overweight.
