Human resource management is to use modern management methods to organize, train and call internal human resources and material resources, so human resources and material resources are able to keep the best state and to provide proper guidance, coordination and control to human thinking and behavior, so that staff can be motivated to do their utmost with using the resources rationally and corporation can realize the purpose of rationalizing the distribution of resources . With the development of information technology, global information exchange more frequent, rapid flow of information shorten the distance around the world and the competitive between the company become hotly. The most prominent feature in 21st century is not only the information technology competition, but also the competition for talent. In order to promote the development and innovation of enterprise, reasonable recruiting and effectively employing talented personnel play very important role. The ability to identify, introduct, rationally use and train capable people is one of the chief signs of enterprise and the experts and scholars around the world pay more attention to study it.This thesiss analyzes the insufficiency of human resources management for traditional user mode and focus on resolving the following issues:Ⅰ) Efficiency: the traditional human resources rely on manual search and save the file, It is inconvenient to the reference of employees information and human resource costs statistics.Ⅱ) Data validation: the shortcomings of saving human resources by traditional file is that the corporate human resources data can be easily lost or duplicated With the passage of time and the movement of persons, A file often can be found within two or three years .Through the study of human resource management system, develop a system for medium enterprises with the core of personnel management, payroll management to save the investment costs of developing software. After completing the software development, company can use the platform to achieve the rational allocation of human resources and greatly increase the level of human resources management. Design a human resources management system based on the open source Struts + Hibernate + Spring + ExtJs J2EE framework technology, which covers the data presentation layer, logic layer, the business process layer and the database interaction layer and develop the foundation management, personnel management, payroll management and system management modules,etc.To achieve these modules, the paper analyzes the business processes of human resource management, on this basis, use object-oriented analysis (UML) to divide the module, and design system database package and class package, then finally encod according to design requirements.The paper elaborates on the actual project design and development process, with a certain application value and practical significance.
