Business competition is actually talent competition.In any enterprise,talent strategy should be one of the core strategy.At present,China's software industry is in a booming stage,the core strength of the software industry-software talent,is no doubt the key of the strategy.Wei Rui is a high-end multi-national software company.In China for six years,the company in the overall team size,product market share and so on has made great progress.At present,Wei Rui company is in a critical period of development,the next five years the company's strategic goal is to double the team size,and stablize its leadership position for Virtualization and Cloud Computing in China.With this strategic goal,the company's demand for software talent is even more urgent,talent has become the company's most prominent problem.Can the current software talent strategy support the company's strategic goals? How to build a high-quality software team to support and match the company's leapfrog development?
