Chronic disease management has gradually become a hot issue in the medical industry.Chronic disease management tools of common disease such as diabetes and hypertension have emerged and have achieved certain results.However,at present,chronic brain disease management receives few attention,the rate of knowledge popularization is low,and there are few health management solutions.Most of the diagnostic methods for the measurement of chronic brain disease require the patient to go to the hospital.It is difficult to check the health status of the patient through self-test.The brain-disease specialists hope to find a reliable self-test method by trying some patient self-test tools and comparing the data with the data collected by doctors.Self-evaluation of scales and game-based exercise data collection tools are two important research directions.Therefore,there is a need for a chronic brain disease management system capable of carrying out the knowledge propagation of chronic brain disease,providing users with self-testing tools,and assisting medical personnel in scientific research.The chronic brain disease management system provides services to patients with chronic diseases,medical staff and operators.Patients with chronic diseases obtain system services through the WeChat public account,including access to chronic disease knowledge,use of scale assessment tools,and use game assessment tools.The medical staff can register basic patient information and medication information in the system and guide the patient to use the scale.Operators perform the operation of the WeChat public account in the system,including article push,information viewing,and data statistics.The system is designed using a layered architecture and divided into a presentation layer,an access control layer,a business layer,and a data layer.The presentation layer displays the user interface through the WeChat public account and browser.The access control layer and business layer use JavaScript's Node.js runtime,provide services to the presentation layer through the Nginx reverse proxy,and use the Express framework for request processing and validation.The data layer uses MongoDB as a data persistence solution.Deployment uses PM2 components to increase system availability and maintainability.The system has been developed,tested and launched in the company.After being online,it has received the attention of the majority of patients with chronic brain diseases and has been recognized by medical professionals.
