In recent years,as the development of internet technology and the function range of mobile phone applications continue to expand,NFC is the near field communication technology is getting closer to our lives,the use of mobile phone NFC technology for credit card,shopping payment has been widely applied to our lives Among them,due to its high security,low energy consumption,easy to use and so on,the application of NFC technology is bound to be more and more widely.However,due to the low cost and convenience of NFC devices,different industries and even different companies in the market have their own NFC products.However,hardware manufacturing technologies vary from company to company.Therefore,different types of NFC devices on the market The performance can not be exactly the same.From this we can see that the function and compatibility testing of NFC devices has become an essential part of bringing NFC products to the market.How to carry out the end-to-end compatibility testing of NFC functions and to standardize the performance consistency of NFC devices has become a pressing issue.Based on this point,this paper designs a set of receiver circuit and FPGA implementation scheme for NFC test instruments.The instrument ultimately implements the hardware demodulation of TypeA and TypeB NFC communication signals and realizes the FPGA side data of TypeA signals Protocol analysis work,the design of the receiving end of the demodulation performance has basically reached the market leading MP300 demodulation performance level.And with excellent demodulation performance under the premise of the circuit design of the program well control the cost of the product for the market to provide a price advantage in the future.First of all,this article introduces the history of NFC technology from generation to development as well as the status quo of the application of NFC technology nowadays,and analyzes the future application of NFC technology.Secondly,this paper describes the working principle of NFC communication in detail,and mainly analyzes the most widely used ISO 14443 protocol now,and introduces the hardware and software platform for research and design in this paper.Thirdly,we elaborate on the hardware circuit part and FPGA part designed in this paper,and evaluate the performance of this design scheme according to the data of functional test.Finally,the contents of this article are summarized and prospects.
