With the rapid development of computer science and electronic technology, Digital ultrasonic testing equipment has replaced the traditional analog ultrasonic testing equipment. The foreign high-grade ultrasonic testing equipment is developing into the all-digital equipment. But it is relatively backward in our country, and most of the equipment is still dependent on imports, in recent years, with China’s high-speed railway construction, it is important to detect the rail wheels and other devices. Combining with the development of digital ultrasonic. The main content of this study is to achieve digital ultrasonic testing equipment to reach the purpose of real-time detection, diagnosis, real-time communication with the computer for data storage and transmission.Based on the above research purpose, the overall idea of this study is:1, a high level of integration. The ultrasonic transmitter and receiver circuits concentrated in a device on top of an ultrasonic transmitting and receiving data acquisition card, the specific method is the use of highly integrated echo signal processing chip AD9271to the completion of the ultrasonic echo signal data acquisition.2, the PCI bus for data transmission, and the FPGA as a controller parts, and the computer as a transport terminal in order to achieve real-time display of the data on the computer and online processing.Though the debugging and testing, the four-channel ultrasonic transmitting and receiving data acquisition system can be a good acquisition to the ultrasonic echo signal, and display the results on the computer, then complete the data storing, and to facilitate the subsequent signal processing.
