With the fast development of the electronic technology, the advantage of digital circuit makes digitalization of electronic system. In wireless communication system, digitalization of receiver is very important for the research on digitized receiver. With the fast development of digitalization theory and microelectronic technology, it is possible to design RF wideband digitized receivers and its performance is much better than traditional receivers.In this paper, a new structure of DDC based on polyhpase and bandpass sample theory is presented firstly and then the project to design a RF wideband digitized receiver is proposed, finally, the realization of DDC system on FPGA chip and testing of this receiver system are introduced. The results of computer simulation and testing indicate that the system could work well and the desired requirements could be achieved.The primary work in this dissertation:1. Introducing the theory of RF digitization, such as sampling and quantization, quadrature demodulation, Multi-rate Signal Processing and filter designing theory.2. A new structure of DDC based on polyhpase and bandpass sample theory was given and proved both by theory and experiment results.3. The design of hardware project of a RF wideband digitized receiver was completed. The high performance DDC system and high speed storage in FPGA is realized.4. The each part of the system in FPGA was test,and the results shows that system work reliably and stably.
