With the rapid development of computer software and hardware technology,digital information systems are widely used in the security field of the chemical industry.Many companies use information systems to monitor and simulate the production environment.However,digitalization of emergency plans and virtual simulation exercises are combined at home and abroad.Research is not mature.How to maximize the role of the emergency plan in practical applications and apply the emergency plan to the three-dimensional simulation system,not just the construction of the scene and the fixed process,is a problem worthy of in-depth research and discussion.This paper applies the ontology model to the formal construction of emergency plan,combines Unity3D simulation platform,takes the emergency plan as a guide,carries out a lot of work on the abstract modeling of emergency operations,and builds an emergency plan simulation training system based on ontology theory.The main research includes:(1)Through research and analysis of emergency plans and emergency handling examples,the design of the emergency plan ontology model based on chemical plants was carried out.First of all,analyse the text of the chemical plant emergency plan,extract relevant concepts,summarize the field knowledge,and divide the emergency plan into three parts:emergency entity,emergency response and related rules,and then construct and implement corresponding to the general ontology based on SUMO model.,Formally describe related concepts and concept relationships.The specific implementation includes:using ontology editing tool protege to construct the emergency plan ontology model,and using the Java-based development framework jena to perform operations such as reading and modifying the ontology model to realize the flow control of the 3D simulation system as the server side of the simulation system.(2)Use Unity3D to develop a 3D simulation system client.Simulate the evolution of the accident and make the system have the dynamics of real-time deduction;realize the multi-role and multi-task rehearsal of the virtual scene,enable the users to carry out emergency training in the simulation environment,and enhance the level of emergency response.Specific content includes platform architecture design,scenario building,scene object modeling and script writing,and communication modules with servers.
