Design And Implementation Of Logistics Emergency Plan Editing And Executing System Based On Workflow

With the rapid development of logistics industry, the logistics emergency issues are coming. Faced to the logistics emergency incidents, The question how to construct digital and standard emergency plan and ensure the emergency plan executes effectively, in order to make the harm and loss of the emergency incidents to a minimum, has become the problems urgently to be solved in logistics emergency field.Through the demand analysis in logistics emergency field, this paper builds the logistics emergency plan editing and executing system based on workflow. The system includes three modules which are the constructing of logistics emergency plan, emergency plan editing system and emergency plan executing system. Through the analysis of lots of emergency plans, describing the concepts and the relationships among concepts in logistics emergency field, this paper gives hierarchical structure and builds the ontology library of emergency plan. The structure includes basic information, background information, emergency executing measure and evaluation. Meanwhile, through the detailed design of the emergency executing measure, its structure is divided into the resource model, the organization model, the task model and workflow process model and the relations among models are described. And the emergency executing measure is defined with XML. Besides, the emergency plan editing system is designed and implemented using EMF and GEF for the editor of the emergency process. At last, logistics emergency process executing engine is built using workflow technology. With the Token mechanism of JBPM, the system designs and implements the algorithm of controlling the emergency process executing to guide the emergency task executing orderly.In summary, through standardizing the logistics emergency plan and describing formally the contents, emergency plan is managed digitally. The graphical editing system of the emergency process provides the tool for the editor of the emergency process. The design and implementation of the logistics emergency executing system proposes a new way for the logistics emergency plan executing automatically and intelligently. It is meaning to a certain extent to the logistics emergency research.
