Design And Implementation Of Panoramic Virtual Reality Roaming System Based On Unity3D

A fully mechanized working face is the most important part of coal production,its safe and smooth running ability will directly affect the whole process of production of coal mining,improve the present situation of the fully mechanized working face of safety education training and real-time monitor control problem,which will improve the miner's life safety and quality,improve the safety management of coal enterprise,it has important practical significance and broad application prospects.For the coal mine production safety education and technical training on traditional teaching way is boring,while miners cannot make actual operation,the lack of fit experience problems.This paper,by using the advanced virtual reality roaming technology,with Unity3 D game engine as the system development platform,through modeling software and so on3 dmax,UG,C#,JS development language,views for integrated development environment,completed the establishment of a fully mechanized working face,the mechanical device simulation of the movement and miners roaming,etc.,and based on the interaction theory to realize the coal winning machine interactive experience.The main work is reflected in the following aspects:First,based on the model construction theory,put forward two different modeling using production software 3dmax and UG software interactionmodel of solution,make different models to meet the needs of different,cosmetic requirements high but low requirements for motor performance with production software 3Dmax modeling,and movement function requirements of high operation using UG modeling,fully and effectively meet the needs of the user's visual and interactive operation.Second,based on the theory of motion simulation technology,the use of Unity3 D development platform,we has realized the simulation of the fully mechanized compressors in practical work of single movement and compressors coordinated movement,for virtual reality of fully mechanized working face of roaming virtual operating experience and strong environmental foundation;Third,based on the overall roaming behavior path design and set theory,implement the key machine and an introduction to the area and roaming,and apply this theory respectively complete automatic navigation route and autonomous navigation route of the miners,safety education and technical training for the enterprise planning,to improve the training efficiency;Fourth,based on the interaction theory in the design of service combined with the emotional needs of the user survey and analysis,completed the coal winning machine automatic control in the process of roaming the UI design of the interface,realize the virtual operation of coal winning machine.Roamed in order to make the effect more realistic and carried out,including sound effects and particle effects and movement effects the simulation effects of the related simulation,we realize the virtual reality roaming the immersive experience;Fifth,based on the software development of testing theory,the roaming system of PC and web release was tested,and solved the system runs in a different environment to produce the problem such as browsing,operation,ensure the stable operation of the system.Eventually setting up virtual panoramic virtual reality system of fullymechanized working face,we can realize the miners in the virtual environment of simulation training,greatly reduce the errors of the future operation in the real environment,so as to improve the safety level of technical operations and ability to cope with safety incident emergency handling,a substantial increase in productivity,create huge potential economic value.
