| As archival undertaking develops prosperously,the construction of national governance capacity system and modernization of governance capacity advances,archives governance needs transforming from archives management as well.At present,studies on archives management at home and abroad are both at the stage of theoretic exploration,lacking scientific explanations of archives governance,as well as analysis frameworks and appraisal index systems of archives governance.Compared to the practices of national governance,practices of archives governance are developing not as fast,hardly suit the development of archival undertaking in the new age,which acquires scientific frameworks of archival governance to support the development.This paper reviews the theories and practices of governance and archives governance at home and abroad,analyzes the research actuality at home and abroad,aiming at clarifying the definition and connotations of archives governance,and proposes the connotation and dimensions of good governance of archives afterwards.This paper applies the literature research method,the parity research method,the comprehensive analytical method and the logical analysis method,refers to the governance assessment index system at present,and combines the dimensional characteristics of good governance of archives,building an analytical framework for archives governance,decomposing the good governance of archives,and coming up with an appraisal index system for archives governance.The archives governance analysis framework and evaluation index system built in this study,provide references and advices for the archives practices,provide basic ideas and construction logic for good governance of archives,and set a basis for empirical studies of archival governance and development of archival undertaking in the long run.Reference.Due to some inevitable restrictions in research,there are still inadequacies in this study,which needs improving through time. |
