The Optimization Of TV Media Supervision Mechanism Under The Concept Of Good Governance

Media supervision situation shows diversities gradually with the rapid development of the new media application technology.In the field of TV media supervision,the typical mode with news supervision form(Realtime Report in Metropolis in Hunan Economy)and topic reporting form(Topics in Focus and Weekly Quality Report in CCTV)on behalf coexists with the newly emerging mode with TV interview form(TV political consultation shows in various TV stations)on behalf and these two supervision modes develop into two core pathways,which together build up a rich TV media supervision ecology.On one hand,the traditional "Topics in Focus" has a momentum of "weak status" under the factors of online political consultation and local protectionism after the golden age in the 1990s,which is no longer fierce and receives much fewer media responses.On the other hand,the newly emerging TV media supervision,namely TV political consultation,has come to the stage center of media supervision,receiving attention from the general public with its unique political communication style since 2005.In a certain way,the emergence and development of TV political consultation means the expansion and enhancement of media supervision function and the function change of the government and public governance has escalated to a new height.The government shifts to actively broadening the channels to gather people's opinions with media platform,diversifying the ways of public participation of democratic decision making and government work appraisal to build a positive public image from passively accepting media supervision via multilateral interaction in TV political consultation platform.In other words,the government,a symbol of public power,has actively lower its posture to increase the concept of interaction with the public and service enhancement using various TV political consultations.This ruling consciousness of active participation in media supervision is undoubtedly the outcome of promoting state governance mechanism and the modernization of governance abilities.However,the TV political consultation also faces some dilemmas and problems.There are most two urging problems affecting its development.The first one is that with the prevalence of the internet political consultation showing powerful media supervision and value how can TV political consultation display the advantages of authorities and public credibility to further broaden media supervision function,proceeding from the angle of media merging development with new media platform.The second one is that TV political consultation is facing various urging problems for the sake of development in terms of media originality,acceptance structure,subject standardization and following up.This article,proceeding from good governance by the government in the perspective of journalism and communication,focuses on the solution to the dilemmas and problems of TV political consultation and the overall enhancement of the effectiveness of TV media supervision,trying to maximize it in the game balance between government's public power and media power.That means dissecting the production process,content presentation and effect feedback,summarizing the its function advantage and various limitations receiving few attentions from the academic and industry by way of practical observation of TV media supervision with TV political consultation on behalf so as to realize the ultimate purpose of the research,which is optimizing the TV media supervision mechanism with workable perfection strategy under the concept of good governance.The content of this article is mainly divided into 3 parts,which are preface(theoretical basis),operation analysis(research subject)and optimizing strategy for TV media supervision function.Meanwhile,the two potential parts regarding the expansion of TV media supervision function,media merging and good governance by the government will be enbodyed in the typical case study on TV political consultation.In terms of research method,this essay sticks to the research approaches of combining theory and practice,adopting the main methods mainly including case analysis,investigation research,document analysis.It elaborates on the research theme of optimizing the TV media supervision function under the concept of good governance to find the best optimizing concept and strategy for the function.
