Design And Implementation Of Quality Management Information System For Shancheng Mechanical Company

Quality is the most fundamental guarantee for modern enterprise to have the vitality and competitiveness.Enterprises must continue to improve efficiency and optimize management through management reform and process reengineering.In this way,it is put forward for challenges and new requirements to the traditional quality management.The development of Information technology and network technology accelerates the process of enterprise informationization construction.The main problem the system to solve is how to establish a quality management system that is convenient,practical,simple and easy to realize the quality information management of problems processing and business process.This paper discusses the whole development process of the enterprise quality management information system,and the choice of technology is described,including the Excel Server,Excel spreadsheet,WPS,SQL Server database technology,etc.Using UML for system modeling,the paper focuses on the analysis,design and implementation of some modules of the quality management information system,including quality system management module,product producing process quality management module,quality problems solving module,quality comprehensive management module and quality cockpit.The use of Excel Server for information system development is studied.After testing and trial operation,the quality management information system has met the following standards including sound and comprehensive function,simple operation,process specifications,data integrity,etc.It implements the enterprise quality management goal and plays a significant role in facilitating the management and improving work efficiency.
