With the rapid development of information technology, computer technique andthe popularization of the network, the implementation of information managementsystem will be essential to modern enterprise for standardized and scientificmanagement. Meanwhile, information management system has been used extensivelyas applications software.The traditional management by hand in chemical industry isreplaced by the effective management with database technology, network technologyand remote data acquisition technology,which can keep the staff far away from severeenvironment, ensure the the veracity and reliability of weight information.This subject on the basis of previous experience particularly analyzes the actualdemand for manufactureshop in chemical industry and discusses the relative meritsabout C/S(Client/Server) and B/S(Brower/Server).Then the hybrid architecture ofC/S and B/S is established to realize the system frame. This paper deals with theresearch and design of weighting management information system,which realizes notonly monitoring the product information in realtime,but also making real-timeinformation networked.The whole system is devided into monitor in realtimesubsystem and network inquire subsystem.This article summarizes the general flowabout weighting management in chemical industry and illustrates the fundamentalfunction of the two subsystems; illustrates the design of hardware components andsoftware components about intelligent weight indicator based on AT89C51SCM(Single Chip Microcomputer); illustrates the design procedure of the functionmodules just as digital filtering technology, CRC algorithm, data dictionary, dataacquisition and transmission, production monitoring.The information of product weight is acquised by the intelligent weight indicator.The monitor in realtime subsystem based on C/S framework adopts delphi6.0assoftware development environment and customizes the serial communication protocolwhich realizes the data transfer.The system parameters and production information arestored in SQLserver2000,which realizes the authorization management and localinquiries.The network inquire subsystem based on B/S framework accesses thedatabase by means of ASP.net(Active Server Page.net) and the establishment of WEBservices has made the product information networked.The whole system has run stably and improved the enterprise management of chemical industry greatly.
