In the process of manufacturing and manufacturing of server enterprises,the relatively traditional offline storage data collection mode is adopted,which is difficult to cover all aspects of the server enterprise production workshop site.It is difficult for enterprises to monitor the production of orders in real time,and it is impossible to achieve full control over the various nodes in the production process.The hidden dangers of the production server products are difficult to be discovered in time.In addition,in the absence of effective methods of operational monitoring in the production process,it is difficult to conduct a comprehensive trace of the production process.Such enterprises are in urgent need of optimizing the production process,so the design and implementation of the production process execution system of the server manufacturing enterprise is carried outThe system is developed based on the C/S architecture and uses C#.NET and SQL Server database technology.Based on the application of C/S architecture,the basic form of the client access server is established,which is beneficial to the reasonable allocation of access pressure.The application of C#.NET determines the integrated development environment of the system,and uses the multi-threaded form of the.NET platform to improve the efficiency of data transmission sharing.The SQL Server database can provide complete transaction processing and data excavation system to adapt to the actual needs of the systemThe server manufacturing enterprise production process execution system implements modules such as order management,data collection,report management,quality analysis,basic data maintenance,and system management.The order management module implements functions such as production scheduling,abnormal lock order,and production order scheduling.The data acquisition module realizes functions such as inspection point collection,accessory collection,commissioning and maintenance,and accessory ingredients.The report management module implements functions such as online offline query,order process tracking,assembly yield trend,and batch quality statistics.The quality analysis module implements functions such as straight-through rate reporting and defect map analysis.The basic data maintenance module implements functions such as defect maintenance and team maintenance.Finally,the system management module is implemented.On the basis of obtaining direct,accurate,and detailed data,it provides an important basis for enterprises to formulate reasonable production plans.At the same time,strengthen the management of production equipment and quality control,and fully adapt to the current situation of the gradual expansion of market demand for orders.
