Study And Development Of Iron&Steel Enterprise Product Quality Management Information System

Quality Management Informantion System is a management network of specialty deal with quality information work which is refer to system theory,control theory and information theory. It impenetrate in quality movement of industry, and it is importance part between department of industry, industry and consumer. And also it is "Nerve Net System" which needed to perfect for industry quality system. The present research work includes the following content:According to the cycle pattern of PDCA (P-Plan, D-Do, C-Check, A-Act) in quality management, present a PDCA-based Multi-Agent workflow model, and consider that industry quality information management system is constituted of quality control cell which has act on its own ability and envelop. The functional requirements of system were investigated attentively and designed of system's cell. The system has the function of production quality,design report,information query,report creation, identification, validate, examine,test,management. Particularly, the mathmatic model has designed to analize the relation between the strength of alloy-steel and the carbon content by means of the linear regression analysis, which has provided the method of calculation by taking use of data.The author took the production management system of a large scale iron &steel enterprise as background,designed a Quality Informantion Management System of C/S and B/S mixed mode construction.
