Based On B/s Mode Of Highway Bureau Office Information Management System Design And Implementation

With the rapid growth of society and economy recently, road construction and development has become a widespread concern. The increase of the national economy and people’s living level need larger amount and more advanced road to meet all kinds of travel demand. As the competent authority of road management and construction, Huizhou Highway Bureau has to make full use of information network technology to build web portal externally and realize the office information automation internally, which requires to design and develop an information office management system to classify and manage the party and government public information to achieve the office automation and process electronic.Paper uses ASP+SQL Server technology to design and implement Huizhou Highway Bureau information office automation system based on the Browser/Server mode. The background and significance of the research is described firstly. The development and status quo of information management system and office automation system is then introduced. Afterwards the overall system architecture, the three-tier structure based on B/S mode and the physical architecture and logical structure is designed, presented and discussed. Then the plan to implement the system centered on Content Management System management, Office Automation management and attachment management three functions is raised. Paper expounds the database design, connection and interaction between system and database. The design and implements of user management, role management, CMS management, OA management and attachment management five modules of the system is described finally.By managing the back-end information of Huizhou Highway Bureau portal, system provides excellent data support to the real-time updates of the website information, which contributes to the disclosure of its government and party information, improves the authority’s external image, achieves the paperless office of the staff, and increases office efficiency and information application level.
