Design And Implementation Of Housing Rental Management System Based On Internet Plus

With the rapid development of Internet technology,the traditional industry has been impacted unprecedentedly.Thus,more and more traditional industries and emerging industries close with the Internet,and the traditional industry and Internet technology combine is the future trend.This trend is now known as the "Internet plus",which is an industry with Internet technology.So,the traditional industries of the housing lease with the "Internet plus" combined with a larger market space.At the same time,with the development of the rental market,small and medium enterprises traditional housing rental system in the completion of the basic functions can not adapt to the huge data sharing and market size.Housing leasing management system integration of "Internet plus" technology platform has important practical significance.In order to make the housing rental information sharing and data mining combined with the "Internet plus" platform,this paper designed and implemented a "housing lease management system based on Internet plus".Because of the combination of "Internet plus" thinking,this paper designed the system using the mainstream Web development technology JSP,the technology can be better designed to meet the needs of the housing rental management system,while the background using easy-to-extend object-oriented programming language Java to design modular.And at the same time,the use of SSH open source framework and open source third party connection pool proxool to complete the system.In order to better maintain the database later,this paper designed the system using open source MySql database,the database can be well compatible with SSH open source framework and connection pool proxool.Based on the "Internet plus" technology and the design and implementation of the proposed technology and framework,this paper first introduced based on "Internet +" research background and research significance.Secondly,reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the parts needed to improve housing rental system,and gives the system to meet the basic functional requirements of the rental of small and medium-sized enterprises,and provides the interface function of data interface.And then from the feasibility of the community,economic feasibility,technical feasibility to analyze system feasibility and use object-oriented method to analyze system needs.Through the needs analysis abstract the specific functions of each instance of the system and complete the system function module design and improve the database design.According to the functional modules and database design to encode and implement the system,and the system for testing.Finally,the paper summarizes the work done and the deficiencies of the system design and the improvement of the future,and gives a prospect.
