The Development Of Informatization Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Under The Background Of "Internet Plus"

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)form the principal part of creating social wealth in China and become the main force to solve the problem of social employment.SMEs have become important forces in China to ensure steady and high growth of national economy and promote social harmony.Therefore,developing SMEs healthily and efficiently can provide strong support for China to achieve the macro-goal of maintaining growth and ensuring employment.However,improving the management of SMEs,especially accelerating informatization processes,has enormous potential for the enhancement of management performance and enterprise value.This paper reviews literature and industry status of the influence factors of informatization of SMEs,the impact of informatization on SMEs,and summarizes key characteristics and development bottleneck of informatization of SMEs.Based on this,further discuss the development opportunities and possibly positive effects of “Internet +” on the informatization development of SMEs.Country's “Internet +” action is based on the Internet and its associated information technology,and is raised for the potential of informatization development of enterprises.It is helpful to explore the enterprises' abilities to implement information integration and resource sharing without dimensional limitation,which can provide a good opportunity for SMEs to develop new information system under the background of “Internet +”.Based on this,this paper discusses the basic idea of the informatization development of SMEs under the background of “Internet +”.With the help of a typical case of the informatization development of company A,this paper shows the information development path and development bottleneck of SMEs,and analyses the potential impact of “Internet +” on informationization development.On the basis of theoretical analysis and case analysis,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for SMEs to develop a new information service model based on the cloud computing under the background of “Internet +”.The meaning of this paper is to discuss the influence mechanism of “Internet +” of informatization development of SMEs.It can enrich the existing research on enterprise informatization,and has significance for SMEs to break the bottleneck of informatization development,and to develop more efficient information system by using “Internet +” technology and advantages of the policy.
