The Design And Implementation Of Nan-gang CRM System Based On J2EE Technology

With the rapid development of market economy,the market competition becomes more and more fierce and the difference between products and services are smaller.Production as the center for the purpose of selling products market strategy gradually turn to customer-centric service strategy for the purpose of replacing the market.With the continuous development of the computer technology,more and more enterprises begin to integrate Customer Relationship Management(CRM)and daily office work management to pursue higher production efficiency and operating profit.This management system have the advantages of unlimited user number and good expansibility,which based on B/S architecture and combined with the C/S architecture.Combined with Server SQL database,the system greatly developed the customer relationship management module.And it designed the functions of contact management,contract management,schedule reminders,chart statistics and so on.At the same time,in addition to the customer relationship management module,the system have designed the terminal management and freight management module,which considering the site business process.This study firstly introduces the requirement analysis of port enterprise,after which describe the design of the hierarchical modular key points according to the J2 EE technology and MVC three layer architecture model and combining with the objectives and principles of the port enterprise customer management.In addition,this study presents the detailed design of each layer based on the MVC design model.In the design of function modules,this study discusses the characteristics and composition of the main functions of each part of the system,of which the design of the database is the most important.And then it expounds the relational model and the main data table's logical structure of the system.In the architecture and the implementation of the port management system,our study expound the implementation procedure of the main module with three tier architecture model.The port system divides into customer management module,terminal management module,statistical analysis module,knowledge base management module and other main modules,based on which it describes the implementation process of the port system.The database of the port system uses Server SQL 2014,while the application layer uses Java to realize the business module.At the same time,the system gives some key codes and implementation effects and uses JSP and HTML to realize the user interaction module.In this paper,the port customer management system has friendly interface,strong data processing ability,simple and convenient use,maintenance and low cost,which provides convenience and quick for customer management,as well as decision support for customer manager.It's a good tool of enterprises to maintain customer relationships.
