Design And Implementation Of Bank Analytical Customer Relationship Management System

With entering an age of the global economy,the world economy greatly affects the banking business of China.At the same time,advanced management methods of foreign banks are also introduced into China.After many years that traditional customers relationship management system(CRM)was used,a new version of Analytical Customer Relationship Management model is developed and used to manage the current customer information.It's very significant for banks of China to find out a way to balance the advantage of national condition with the advanced management methods,such as ARCM,to catch up with the development of world economy.The software base of ACRM is CRM system,It does the business process,such like the automatic analysis to sales,marketing management,customer service and application support via computer.Its goal are to reduce the sales cycle and sales costs,to increase income,to find new markets and channels to expand the business and to increase the value,satisfaction and loyalty of customer.This paper presents the design and implementation program of ACRM which is based on the technique of J2EE/EJB and Oracle database management.The characteristics of the system focus on the data circulation through different levels of the units.Its goal is to make a reasonable marketing plan according to the customer relationship situation and trend from the head office and its subordinate branches.In terms of the realistic need,the system designs and implement the functions like customer analysis management,order management,product management and authority management.Each level of user is set with different permissions and different role,so that the units at all levels can work together.This can improve work efficiency and it means a lot for the management of banking.The ACRM is tested fine in real environment,brings actual effect and meets the design requirement and has been put into use.
