| Aiming at the practice of the personnel information management of a merged university that is large in scale, vast in territory with multi campus, this paper tries to provide exact, all-sided data and timely analysis. It considers the practice of the present development status of management information system and the personnel business requirement and the construction of digitalization of the campus of Guizhou University, building up the model of college personnel information management system under the premise of the interaction, simplicity and visualization of software operation. It also tries to improve the efficiency and quality of personnel management, to upgrade school personnel information management, and to improve the management decision-making effectiveness, reliability, real time and sharing, and then to provide better service for school leap-forward development.This article analyses and studies the technical foundation of establishing a management information system. And it investigates and analyses the personnel-organization structure, business processes of management and the users' needs by means of structural analysis. And on this basis a logic model of the new system is put forward. According to the system analysis, database theory and the practice of the personnel management of Guizhou University after the merger, it systematically makes conceptive and logical structural designs. At the same time it makes system design and puts forward a physical system model with structural design method.Based on the "Education Management Information Standard" issued by Chinese Ministry of Education, related to the actual school situation, this system makes a staff data dictionary. On the basis of the unified data dictionary, it establishes and improves a personnel-related code standard. J2EE serves as the system developmental tool, Apache Tomcat 5 as the application server and SQL Server 2005 the database. The realization of the JAVA technology provides the system with good platform independence and portability. The RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) model is used as the jurisdictional control and reality of the system.The system has correspondingly optimized the model according to the working mode and management jurisdiction of the personnel department of a college, which is convenient for IS managers to give precise definition and allocation for the jurisdictional elements of the role, resources and management range. The system security is guaranteed by using the password management, login control, utilizing control, IP address management and the online user management. The system covers all needs of the computer-based personnel business, a personnel management system with complete functions, sharable data, upper-level compatibility, convenient and fast transmission of information, simple operation, excellent utility, friendly interface and good scalability. |
