Design And Implementation Of Information Management For Colleges And Universities Human Resources Based On J2EE

The thesis having analyzed and summarized the current situation of human resources information system construction for colleges and universities according to status quo and tendency in information system, also modern human resources and tradition personnel management's dissimilitude, as well as intentions of human resources information system etc. It makes a suggestion for constructing and developing information system, and also establishes contents and goals of information construction, and that sets up a few reasons on human resources information system for colleges and universities, aiming at the challenge that faces information construction and development.The thesis complies with the software engineering principle, starts with the demand analysis, then introduces the system overall frame, the service support platforms as well as realization ways according to the characteristic which the colleges and universities personnel reforms, and the colleges and universities human resources information system actual service requests. It includes system analysis, system design and system realization and so on.The thesis initiates an information system based on Web, and adopts advanced J2EE to develop the present system, and applies it in the management of articles and human resources for Colleges and Universities. Having introduced JSP, JavaBean and Servlet of J2EE etc., it arrives at the display of a dynamic web page with the help of Oracle database and the Pagelist Class, and users who operates to work within the confines of the purview by using JavaBean of Jzypurview Class ,and also designs a communal page of errorPage to right a wrong of pages of JSP, as well as discusses resolutions of management information system by using JSP/Servlet/JavaBean on Internet/Intranet, and analyzes the conceptions and ideas of JSP. It elaborates the motion mechanism of JSP and analyzes in detail technological problems in the practical use of JSP. This project, combining cross-platform capability of JSP, reuse of components, safety and efficiency of JSP together, summarizes all advantages of JSP. Based on practical examples, the thesis discusses the technology of information system and succeeds, in the realization of Oracle, used the Vststd Class in the throughout system and JDNI, in accessing of data base "Oracle", by adopting B/S model-based frame with 3-layer technology, Web server in Weblogic, with the backstage database considering compatibility, replant, security of database, and data accessing mechanism management and flexibility.The thesis completes the system's development and its application, giving its major functions, such as management of staffs, culture, rewards and punishment and system safeguard, and also registered user management etc., details its own set-up and structure, analyzes its basic arithmetic, and suggests necessary resolutions and code examples with Oracle7.0.1 and J2EE .Through LAN, the platform of Internet and the browser software, the system can make subordinate units and branch schools finish all kinds of human resources management without consideration of time and space, and in this way, The Personnel department can also complete with ease all its service of human resources plan and establishment dossier, which serves as the aid to develop the present system under B/S model.
