Design And Implementation Of Personnel Management System In Higher Vocational Colleges Based On Digital Campus

With the introduction of the "Internet+" action plan and the promotion of the big data development action plan,informatization has become a national strategy,and educational informatization has also ushered in a major historical development opportunity.Human resources,as the core resource of higher vocational colleges,is the driving force for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.More and more vocational colleges have adopted talented school as their development strategy.Accordingly,the informatization of personnel management is the need of the development of the new era,and it is also the inevitable trend of the digital campus of higher vocational colleges.Based on the background of digital campus construction and the actual needs of higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the objectives and contents of this study on the basis of investigating the operation status of personnel system,and designs and implements a personnel management system that is suitable for higher vocational colleges.The specific work of this paper includes:(1)This paper sorts out the current personnel management business processes in higher vocational colleges,and extracts the functional and non-functional requirements of the system based on the background of digital campus.(2)Around the result of requirement analysis,the personnel system is designed at different levels,such as outline and detail,from system architecture to function structure,from database to business process,and is realized based on the design result.(3)Multi-perspective selection of test cases,and comprehensive testing of the personnel system.(4)Combined with the actual operating environment of the system,it had made the implementation plan of the system,the detailed deployment and training plan of the operating environment,and summarized the current operating status of the system.Based on this,this paper has had the work summary and future prospects.The personnel management system of higher vocational colleges realized by the thesis has good performance and ease of use,and has a good effect in on-line use,which effectively improves the efficiency and scientific level of personnel management in higher vocational colleges.
