In the use of some storage equipment,inevitably there will be various types of faults.At present,faulty forklift is repaired under the guidance of manufacturers,or professional maintenance personnel is sent to repair the faulty forklift.With rapid development of Internet of Things technology,a new solution is provided for intelligent maintenance of forklift.Based on WiFi,GPRS,etc.operating status information is collected and sent to the remote monitoring system by intelligent terminal.Remote monitoring of storage equipment becomes possible which can guide users to serve equipment and improve intelligence of equipment maintenance.According to the functional requirements,the remote monitoring system is divided into two parts:monitoring server and WEB server.The monitoring server receives the data collected by the intelligent terminal in real time,analyzes and updates the real-time status information,alarms the fault information and writes information to database.WEB server provides remote monitoring service for users,and completes the functions of fault statistics,historical data query,etc.Then,the overall design of monitoring server software is given in detail,which includes selection of the remote communication mode,monitoring server network communication model,design and implementation of data communication,data processing,real-time updating,fault detection and data storage.The overall scheme of WEB server software is designed.Various functional modules of the software are developed in the framework of Flask.According to the functional requirements of the system,corresponding WEB pages are designed and implemented.Then,WEB server software is deployed.Finally,the software of the remote monitoring system is tested,which contains a communication test of monitoring server,and function tests of the WEB server.The test results show that the remote monitoring system software designed in this paper can meet the demand.
