As a new technology and an emerging industry, the IoT is widely used in major industrial sectors. To introduce the IoT technology into the elevator industry has a great significance for the research of elevator running parameter remote monitoring system. It may reduce the accident loss to a minimum, detect and maintain the elevator and ensure the safe use. On the device sensing layer of the IoT platform, the number of terminal elevators is increasing. How to save the system overhead, keep efficient throughput and let different priority tasks of each terminals be processed timely and effectively is a serious problem.This thesis constructed an overall design of the elevator running parameters remote monitoring system based on ZigBee technology and GPRS network, combining with the concepts and features of IoT. By using Java NIO, batch data processing, database connection pool and java synchronization, a multiple concurrency UDP communication model was proposed. The receiving and sending of datagrams, data acquisition and storage were completed in detail. For the remote communication server need to parallelly handle a large number of different level datagrams, we designed a multi-queue thread pool with dynamic priority. The thread scheduling process is expounded clearly, and we presented the specific implementation. The result of experiment show that the high concurrency tasks can be handled efficiently according to the different priority, the problem of overhead wastes and the slow server response caused by the frequent creation and destruction of threads can be solved. Finally, using framework of SpringMVC, MyBatis, Bootstrap, and Highcharts based on HTML5 for joint development, building a remote monitoring platform. This thesis gives the main design idea of elevator terminal management module, elevator real-time monitoring module, elevator failure statistics module. We reproduced the elevator running effect through the way of real-time simulation animation and save the high monitoring cost of video acquisition. And implemented the function: parameter acquisition, fault alarm and statistics, SMS alerts, remote stop and landing control.The practical application effect of the system in Shenyang Blue Light Group shows that the model is stable to work for large-scale underlying communication of multi-priority task and has a very good generality. The system occupies less resources and ensures the safe operation of the elevator, which meets the needs of the modern monitoring system and has a good generality and practical significance.
