The rapid development of the Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)provides solid technical support and theoretical basis for equipment automation and intelligence,especially in the field of remote monitoring.The remote monitoring of outdoor large-scale equipment is affected by the site environment,equipment obsolescence and technical limitations,so that the operation status of the equipment can't be timely fed back to the relevant managers.In order to solve this problem,according to the overall level and development vision of Kailuan Group's enterprise informatization construction,combined with the technical upgrading of coke oven four vehicle interlocking monitoring system of Kailuan Tangshan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the operation status of outdoor large-scale equipment is explored by applying the IIoT,perception communication,cloud and web front-end technologies.By transplanting the embedded Linux system,developing the communication interface and external collection and perception equipment,the information of the working state and running state of the coke pusher can be collected.Through the 4G module on the main board,the information will be transmitted to the database built in the cloud,and then HTML + Javascript + CSS + JSON + Ajax technology will be used to write the display interface and logical relationship so that the data can be displayed on the mobile terminal and PC,which can provide useful technical exploration for remote monitoring of outdoor large-scale equipment.The data collected by the IIoT is usually stored in the cloud.However,because of the long distance and the strong signal interference,the data processing delay could be increased.So an Industrial Internet of Things cloud-fog hybrid network(ITCFN)framework is proposed to solve high latency upon processing industrial data on cloud.In the production equipment area,edge devices such as routers and switches are utilized by framework to construct a fog computing layer between cloud server and production equipment.Since computing power of the edge devices in fog computing is much poor,a distributed computing method for multi-devices is proposed.The aim of minimum task processing delay is achieved by using the constrained particle swarm optimization load balancing algorithm based on simulated annealing method(SAPSO-LB).The experimental results show that the ITCFN based on SAPSO-LB algorithm can effectively reduce the industrial data processing delay.When ten fog computing devices are used and the collected data is between 4GB and 12 GB,compared with cloud computing,the latency is decreased by 84.1%-29.9%.Figure 19;Table 10;Reference 87...
